Memory Cafe- Hosted by Power Over Dementia Fitness at Heartland Church
During our Memory Café, formal and informal care partners and their loved ones with memory loss can come together to participate in programs that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. This program is free to attend, and all are welcome!
