A Guide to Creating a Dementia-Friendly Home
This is a practical, room-by-room resource from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America that shows how thoughtful design, technology, color choices, and everyday products can make a home safer, calmer, and more comfortable for someone living with dementia. Built around AFA’s model “Apartment,” the guide gives families and care partners clear, usable ideas for supporting independence and improving quality of life at home.
