Alzheimer’s Foundation of America
About the AFA
Alzheimer’s changes everything, for the person diagnosed and their loved ones. In moments of fear and uncertainty, families turn to AFA for support.
The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America provides support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and funds research for better treatment and a cure.
If you are one of the nearly 15 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s or caring for someone, you are not alone and we’re here to help.
